Our co-founder and head of programmes Srivatsa Kadaba is a highly successful global facilitator and coach with over 30 years of experience in helping individuals, teams and organizations achieve breakthrough results.

Srivatsa Kadaba

Srivatsa Kadaba, known as Sri, is a people transformation expert with over 30 years of experience. He is passionate about helping individuals and teams achieve their goals by authentically leading themselves and others.

He specializes in Strategic Visioning, Leadership Development, Relationship Management, and Effective Communication.

Sri holds a Masters in Mathematics and a Bachelor's in Engineering from BITS Pilani.

 

Champ Kadaba

Champ is an IT professional with a passion for quality and people development.

Champ specialises in Quality Assurance and Software Testing. He has helped corporates across the APAC and EU deliver complex technology transformation programmes in a variety of domains.

Champ holds a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Technology from VTU.
